Liability for contents
The contents of the webpages have been created with the greatest of care. We cannot however assume any liability for the accuracy or completeness of the contents, or for them being up-to-date. We are responsible pursuant to Section 7 para. 1 of the TMG [German Telemedia Act] for our own content on these pages in accordance with general legislation. According to Sections 8 to 10 of the TMG we are not however obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third party information, or to search for circumstances which indicate an unlawful activity.
